This short conversation with Jamie revealed her need to: identify her options, learn more about her financial aid resources, and figure out what her degree plan looks like.
Knowing Jamie personally, I know that she has her plate full with two teenage boys, a husband who is legally blind and a new job. She doesn't have time to read the bulletin. She doesn't know that she needs to meet with her advisor. She just wants to go back to school and "take a couple of classes" towards her degree.
It is my goal to arm her with the best information I can so that she can maximize her college dollars and her valuable time.
